Preparation

We prepare financial statements and tax accounts for all legal forms in compliance with the relevant provisions of commercial and tax laws, as well as cash-based income statements (Einnahme-Überschussrechnungen). Of course, we also prepare a detailed, informative explanatory report to accompany your financial statements. 
Our financial statement services offering includes the preparation of opening, liquidation and reorganization balance sheets, as well as consolidated financial statements and consolidation accounts.

If necessary, we can prepare financial statements in accordance with internationally accepted accounting standards, such as IFRSs or US GAAP. 

Publication and filing

Of course, we can also handle the preparation and transmission of your documents required by law to be published and filed. For calendar years from 2007 on, these must be filed in electronic form, and we can handle this as well. We ensure that all size-related simplification options are exercised to avoid the publication and disclosure of data not specifically required by law.

Audit

In financial statement audits, we work together closely with Ariston Revision und Treuhand GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft for both statutory audits and voluntary audits for due diligence or rating purposes.
