Together with our tax advisers, whom you can of course engage to monitor all payment transactions, we send reminders to defaulting debtors and monitor the receipt of payments.

The lawyers’ fees charged for receivables management services are based on the statutory schedule of fees (RVG – Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – German Act on Lawyers’ Fees) and are usually borne by the debtors as damages caused by default.
